What is a Wonder Box?
Wonder Box is our monthly subscription box with all the tools necessary to setup your digital (bullet) journal for the month in kinda magical way.
All of our boxes are exclusive to our subscribers; however, Indiga Healer retains the possibility of releasing past boxes subsequently at a higher price.
When can I expect a new box?
New Indiga Healer Wonder Box is released and available for you to download every 21st of the month. You will be notified by email when it's live!
What are some of the themes for the next boxes?
All Wonder Boxes are carefully and professionally crafted with all the tools you need to stay inspired and creative in your digital journaling and planning journey. These include: digital journals, stickers, stickerbooks, dashboards, templates, premade layouts and more.
Each box is meant to be full of little surprises, so we won’t reveal the future themes, but it’s always focused around self-growth, self-care, self-love, spirituality, creativity and art.
Is this a monthly subscription and how do payments work?
Yes, this is a monthly subscription, not annual. You will be billed monthly.
On the day you sign up, you will be initially charged $16 dollars.
You will continue to be charged $16 dollars every month as long as your subscription remains active.
How do I access my boxes if I'm a subscriber?
Our Wonder Boxes are stored on a dedicated platform that is exclusive to our subscribers. Inside of the platform, you will be able to see all of your boxes at a glance and read more about each box.

Can I unsubscribe?
Of course, you can unsubscribe anytime. But please note that it must be before 21st of the month if you don’t want to receive the box for the next month.
You can unsubscribe in just a few clicks.
When you purchase the subscription, you are emailed an invoice. In this invoice email you will find 'Click here to manage your billing details and view purchase history' at the bottom of the email. You can easily unsubscribe from there or change more of your account details.
You will find all the necessary links and information inside the Wonder Box platform too.
How do I update my payment method?
Here’s how you update the billing method if you subscribed with a card:
✦ Visit this link: https://indigahealer.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/ and enter the email you used when subscribing.
✦ You’ll receive a link to your Customer Hub in your inbox.
✦ Click ‘Update my info’ and change ‘Your payment info.’
✦ Alternatively, you can click on ‘Subscriptions’ and 'Update your card info' there.
If you used PayPal or another payment processor, please update your card directly through them.
I'm a new subscriber. Can I get/buy some of the previous boxes?
All of the boxes are ‘limited edition’ and only available for a month. After the month has passed and new box comes out, it is not possible to buy the previous month’s box.
Indiga Healer retains the possibility to launch previous boxes subsequently, however the price can be a lot higher.
Are there any tutorials on how to use the Wonder Box?
We make YouTube videos or host livestreams after each Wonder Box release, so you can get ideas and learn how to use the elements included! Check out our YouTube channel.
